研究方向:

My research focuses on the causes and consequences of morphological trait variation, and my work addresses the role of morphology in species diversification and fundamental species interactions like competition and predation. I use a highly diverse and ecological dominant insect group, ants (Hymenoptera: Formicidae), to address these topics. I am currently developing projects pertaining to canopy ecology and vertical stratification of diversity in ants, as well as insects more broadly, to probe potential drivers of community assembly in the arboreal zone.
